Product Description
Recycled Polythene or recycled Polypropylene often contain moisture, if not eliminated, the moisture will leave drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the products when processing.
PE985T and PE975T are the 2 grades of a new type of functional masterbatch, developed specially for eliminating moisture from the recycled PE and PP. The masterbatch can be mixed with the raw materials directly before the molding starts and can remove the drying process completely. This makes it user-friendly and can improve the production efficiency while reducing energy consumption at the same time.
Applications
PE985T is widely used to mix directly with the recycled moisture containing PE and PP for blown and injection molding process.
PE975T is widely used to mix directly with the recycled moisture containing PE and PP for blown, injection molding and sheeting process.

Features
1. Resolves moisture related issues including: porosity and lacing in products.
2. Water absorption: it can absorb as much water as equivalent of 20% of its own weight.
3. Requires no change to be made in the processing technology or equipment at all.
4. SGS Certified.
Guidelines
1. Do not accept if the inner packing is damaged;
2. PE985T is supposed to be consumed within 16 hours after the inner packing is opened;
3. PE975T is supposed to be consumed within 24 hours after the inner packing is opened;
4. Addition rate: 1%~3%;
5. Simply mix with plastic raw materials;
6. Do not run the drying process on recycled plastic materials.
Packing & Storage
1. Handle carefully to avoid damaged in packaging;
2. Store in a proper ventilated, dry and cool place and avoid directexposure to sunlight and rain;
3. Storage period: good to use for 6 months provided if stored as directed.
