Product Description
Nylon resin, with superior properties, is widely used in packing, automobile components, and building material field. Nylon resin is featured with hygroscopicity, therefore, it will need 2 to 3 hours to carry out dry treatment before forming. And it will even take 7 to 8 hours to dry recycling Nylon resin.
NY316 is a new type of functional masterbatch, specially developed for eliminating the moisture in Nylon resin. It can be pre-mixed with the raw materials with a small amount of proportion, so the dry treatment process can be omitted, and then we can directly carry out the injection molding and extrusion molding processing. NY316 environment-friendly plastic additive will save time, efforts and cost.
Applications
NY316 mainly uses in Nylon resin and recycling Nylon resin.

Guidelines
1. Check the condition of inner packing and forbid using if damaged;
2. Use up within 8 hours after opening the inner packing;
3. Addition rate: 3%-6%;
4. Simply mix with plastic raw materials;
5. Forbid drying with wet plastic materials.
Packing & Store
1. Handle carefully to avoid packaging damaged;
2. Store in ventilated, dry and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain;
3. Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed.
